Hi,

I do have some projects in that category. But 1.5m for a 1 bedder in the CCR or a 4bedder in the OCR may have different perceived value with different buyer groups. Good value is pretty subjective, may I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Hi, yes I do have a very good deal (Fire Sales) unit at Costa Del Sol. It is a 4 bedroom with utility room and the area is 1475 sqft. Valuation is at 1.7m but seller is only asking for 1.48m. Pls feel free to let me know if you would like to view.
