Hi,

1) The Beverly is a low-rise freehold condominium completed in 2012 with 118 units.
2) There are no restrictions on buyers' nationality.
3) All property buying in Singapore is subject to a buyer stamp duty (BSD) of 3~4% depends on the purchase price. Price at or below S$1M is ~3%, and price above S$1M is ~4%.
4) All foreigners are also subject to an ABSD (Additional Buyer Stemp Duty) of 20%.
5) Do insert this into your purchase budget to avoid over-commitment in your purchase.
6) Note that stamp duty cannot be covered using a mortgage loan.
