call up the agent to visit the unit at Rochor centre, as the price is very attractive so we on the sport give the deposit and agent fee as we want to it very badly but after many weeks still not yet sign contracl and agent keep delay the appointment. What should we do

Afternoon,

Firstly, I would believe there are sms between you and the salesperson on the price nego and T&C. Secondly, I would also believe there should be receipt for your cheque or cash for the Option. Lastly, your salesperson should also have promised you on when you should get a response. It would be good to contact your salesperson and check on the status as he might have something up his sleeves.
