Hi Nicole, fully furnish is good, if aircon, can fetch better. Decor also plays a part, if nice and homey, you usually fetch 200 - 300 more than market rate
However you will also want nice reliable tenants who pays you promptly so settling for 100 or 200 less might work out better in the long run as your property is well taken care of.

Any aircon for your unit? If yes, you may want to look at about $2400 thereabout. I do know of tenants working in the area as I used to work in the industrial area in Chai Chee before switching in this line therefore I believe I am able to assist you in securing the rental fast.
