Before completing my 1 year tenancy agreement I had opted to re-contract for another 1 year. Now I have completed 13 months here, but due to some unforeseen circumstances I want to terminate my TA by Feb. What are the options available to me? There is no mention of any penalty in my original TA or the renewal agreement except for a sentence which effectively says I have to pay the agency fees in case I do not honour the TA. Please advise
