At Cairnhill Plaza I see currently a downhill trend for large scale properties at $2.31 while at the same time listing are mostly above $4.2. We saw a nice place on the 18fl and landlord is asking $14000 which is ~$4.2 @ 3300sqft. Is that a wishful thinking or what is the real value these days?
