Assignment of lease from assignor to assignee:
1. how much money assignor can charge assignee for the assignment?
2. Fresh tenancy agreement between owner and assignee is necessary or not ?
3. The change of use of said premises to the assignee is subjected to HDB approval or not?
4. assignor TA was for one person only, but assignee has family (1+1), is it compulsory to included both names as assignees or can we add their names to fresh TA. what are the chances of getting approval from the HDB?
