Anymore units leftover from developer sales? I am interested in 2,2+1. What is the ave $psf?

I understand that developer do not rectify defects during DLP for sub sales unit since sub sales purchaser do not sign S&P with developer.correct?

Hi,

Yes there are units available directly from developer. Average $1750 psf. Most reputable developers would honour the DLP regardless if it's a direct/subsale.

Have you visited the showflat? It would be my pleasure to recommend a few 2 or 2+1 choice units for your consideration.
