Any idea when will Prestige Heights TOP?

Hi,
Prestige Heights is likely to TOP 1st quarter of 2012, given the speed of its construction.
My company did the marketing of Prestige Heights, so I'm very familiar with this development.
Prestige Heights is a beautiful 18 storey freehold apartment with low maintenance fees.

JTJu TanRepliedThank you for the reply. I saw the floor plan online but their one bedroom is way too small. 409SFT? While the 484 and 463sft has open roof terrace; not considered livable space. I wonder if 409sft is livable even though i must say the location is extremely good as it is near to amenities and in city fringe? Think will have to pay above 1300psf for that small space now i suppose??
