All reports are indicating that prices of private property is set to decline between 15%-30%. I'm curious to know will this apply for condo's that had TOP in 2011 and will TOP in 2012 / 2013 the Newton / Novena area? If so, does this mean that a property currently worth $1.9m (3 bedroom average) in this area would likely be worth approximately $1.6-$1.7m by end of 2012?
