Dear sir/madam,

What do you mean by settlement? Is it the return of the security deposit?

Dear Sir/Madam;

It would be best to settle issues amicably first before proceeding to rent the said premises. Issues can be settled through effective communication and sound technical knowledge of rules and regulations. Please feel free to call me to discuss how this can be done. I will be pleased to advise. Thank you.
