Hi Mrs. Ng,

As long as the MOP of 5 years are met, yes you can purchase the 2nd residential property, even if your hdb is not fully paid. Do note the ABSD of 12% will apply if you are SC purchasing 2nd residential property.

Yes, you can do that but do watch out for ABSD that you have to pay as this will be your second property. Also, Minimum Occupation Period needs to be completed.

Hi Mrs Ng,

Yes, as long as you have fulfilled the 5-year MOP of your existing HDB flat. You will also qualify for up to max 75% of loan if you do not have any other existing mortgage loans.

However, you will be liable for a 12% ABSD as this will be considered your second property purchase.
