After almost 3 months since we left our old apartment (after our lease expired), the landlord has still to return our deposit. Their agent took over 1month to send a list of deductions without prices, and notwithstanding our multiple attempt to come to an agreement (their list is over 60 items long -- and we instead left the apartment in excellent conditions, literally just needed to replace 1-2 light bulbs and 1-2 roller curtains), they still have not sent us a list of reasonable deductions, nor the prices of these deductions. What options do we have to force the landlord and tenancy to: 1) be responsive (and not take 1-2 weeks to answer), 2) come to a positive agreement that is reasonable. We are looking into filing a lawsuit in the small court tribunal. Kr
