A question: my wife (SG citizen) and I (then on an EP) bought a resale HDB two years ago. Since I was not yet PR, my wife is technically the sole Owner, while I am an Essential Occupier. (The other occupiers are our two children, both SG citizens.) I am now becoming a PR. Is it possible for me to change from Essential Occupier to Co-Owner with my wife?
