1) anyone know the exact location of the Mrt at bedok reservoir and tampines west

2) Is it a good time to buy condo or wait till next year

3) i am a hdb upgrader and looking at condo near tampines or bedok reservoir.
Either i can share with my uncle to buy a 2bd condo and keep my HDB at punggol and rent out or get a 3bd on my own. Any advise.

There are a few new launches near to Bedok Reservoir MRT(DTL stage 3)..Namely the 3 Waterfront Collection(Waterfront Waves fully sold)..If you are looking for smaller units ie 2 bedrooms unit,i have a few more left for Waterfront Gold 2 bedrooms unit direct from developer's sales.This project was just officially launched last weekend.Please feel free to contact me if you have any queries.Thanks
