A caveat is lodged when there is a sale of property to protect the buyer's and mortgagee's interest.
I note that there is not a single caveat lodged for Estuary Condominium in Yishun in the URA website even though it is 100% sold. However, there are caveats lodged for nearby new condominium developments like canberra residences and eight courtyards.
Am I missing something here? Please enlighten.
