13 years ago my family and i was forced to move out from our 5 room e flat to a 2 room rental flat due to some unclear reason. My dad passed away as soon as we moved here and he was the one that made most of the decision. Whenever we are to apply for a new flat they declined and told us about an old debt that has yet to be settled. As we are all young and have some financial difficulties, where or who can i approach to gain some clarity over this matter? We are a family of 5.
