1) What is the estimated current rental for a 3 bedroom mid-floor unit at The Springs 1,119sf facing Moulmein Road (One year vs two year lease)?

2) My unit is currently rented out. Under the lease agreement, the tenant has a right to renew for a further 12 months at the "prevailing market rent" if he gives notice not less than 2 months before expiry of the tenancy agreement (30 June 2011). If no agreement is reached on the rental amount, both parties are to appoint a valuer to determine the rental amount. Roughly how much do valuers' charge for this service?

3) If I do renew with the existing tenant, all I need to do is get the new tenancy stamped or make an addendum to the existing tenancy agreement and get it stamped?
