1. can I engage more than one property agent to assist me to sell my existing flat and buy a new bigger flat?
2. I had engage MR X to be property agent and he had not been able to service me well, when can I switch to a new agent?

Afternoon,

Even if you have signed exclusive with the salesperson, you can void it by giving verbal notice to the salesperson and have it effective on the day which you prefer.
To market your unit, it would be better to have a sole salesperson doing it for you. This would allow the salesperson to devote his attention for you. However, in marketing, the pricing, location, condition, facing, level and ethnic restriction does play a role in the speed of marketing.
