Even if you have signed exclusive with the salesperson, you can void it by giving verbal notice to the salesperson and have it effective on the day which you prefer.
To market your unit, it would be better to have a sole salesperson doing it for you. This would allow the salesperson to devote his attention for you. However, in marketing, the pricing, location, condition, facing, level and ethnic restriction does play a role in the speed of marketing.
