Strong Market Response for District 23’s First GFA-Harmonised Residential Development

Singapore, 18 January 2026 – Narra Residences, the upcoming private residential development in the Bukit Timah-Dairy Farm precinct, has attracted strong interest following its public preview launch, welcoming 3,500 visitors on its first preview weekend to Singapore’s first 5D immersive show gallery, bringing a refreshing home-viewing experience to the market.

Narra Residences is the first residential development in District 23 to be planned under the GFA Harmonisation framework. The development comprises 540 residential units and 4 commercial shops, offering a wide range of configurations from one-bedroom units with study to five-bedroom residences with private lift access.
Indicative prices start from approximately S$998,000, positioning Narra Residences at anaccessible entry point within the current new-launch private residential market. One-bedroom units are priced from about S$998,000, two-bedroom units from approximately S$1.17 million, while three-bedroom units start from around S$1.6 million. Larger four- and five-bedroom units are priced from approximately S$2.4 million and S$3.8 million respectively.
