Little India is surrounded by several malls of which the most popular and commonly known one is Mustafa Centre. Other malls in the area include The Verge (formerly Tekka Mall), Little India Arcade, Serangoon Plaza and City Square Mall.

Property Prices are better

Other than its cuisine and vibrant culture, Little India is close enough to the city without sporting the same property prices. In fact when compared with the prices in the city, Little India is highly attractive.

The average prices for a condo vary according to projects, but generally have a price tag of $1,750 psf for a one-bedroom unit and $1,450 psf to $1,550 psf for a three-bedroom unit.

With property prices shooting up elsewhere, living in Little India with its access to three MRT stations, shopping malls and eateries is not only convenient but worthy of investment.
