like Bali
25 years in the making, Seletar Springs Condominium with its quaint red roofed villas really reminds one of a resort in Ubud, Bali. lush and hidden away (for Singapore lah) with peaceful vibes and that retro rustic experience. it's like glamping daily! the downside is that need to rely on feeder bus or Grab to get around. well we don't have a car and it's proof we still enjoy living here!

old but full of character
considered old as Seletar Springs was completed in 2001 and some of the property can see the age. but it is so full of character with the unique design and the serene location. neighbours are lovely too, and it is clean and quiet. these 4 storey condos are definitely rare find. with the big open spaces and lush greenery around. nice for relax but not too happening if that's your jam... we a middle-aged couple and it suits us perfectly.

accessible enough
Seletar Springs Condo is one of those developments that isn't too near but yet isn't too far. you aren't in the thick of action yet you can choose to go out and join in the surrounding bustle if you wish . i like this option of choice, participatory busyness. anyway the grounds feature such a lovely two storey pool with a waterfall, big size units, and lots of space to walk around. get out and quite near some pri schools and The Seletar Mall / Greenwich V. yeah it's nice, hope the vibe never changes~
