Regent Gardens was a freehold condominium development located at 53 West Coast Road, District 5. This property was completed in the year 1983 by Brilliant Development Co Pte Ltd. In the year 2009, Regent Garden was sold to Allgreen Properties Limited for S$34 million through a collective sale. The site of Regent Gardens is wonderfully nestled in the western region of Singapore. The surrounding area of Regent Gardens is pleasant and popular among the locals due to its proximity to the Central Business District (CBD).

Regent Gardens was sold to Allgreen Properties Limited for S$34 million via an en bloc deal in the year 2008. The market selling price of Regent Gardens before the en bloc deal was approximately S$900,000. Today, the site had beautifully converted into a modern condominium development — The Sorrento.
