Le Marque Developer
Toa Corporation has a history of more than 100 years. The company was founded back in 1908 in Japan and only by 1963 they branched out to Singapore with an office. Le Marque Selling Details
Le Marque was sold to Far East Organization in September 2016. It was reported that Far East Organization paid S$145.5 million for the site comprising three adjoining properties — Century Ville, Le Marque and Villa Margaux. La Marque was reported to be in the region of S$66 million for 72,162 square feet of gross floor area, which would make the price work out to S$924 per square feet. The area was redeveloped into Cyan Condominium in 2014, currently selling for around S$1.45 million for its 656 square feet units.
