Old Facade
Building looks old but generally clean. Units are spacious compared to new developments. Common corridors looks messy and unkempt as shoes are scattered on floor or multiple shoe racks. New condos have stricter rules with no shoes seen outside corridors. Swimming pools are small but looks clean. Carparks lots seems limited. No other facilities available.

Pleasant and peaceful environment
Units have spacious living room but bedrooms a bit small and there isn’t a store room. Visited a couple of times, noted lift lobbies not very clean and faulty lift lights not replaced for a long time. There’s only a swimming pool. Generally not well maintained. Noted compound is relatively dark as boundary lights not working.

A good community
It is a peaceful community. You will need a car or bicycle to get by. The interior layout is traditional and spacious, no weird twist, turn, or designs. Building is a bit old, but definitely cheaper than market rate. There are a lot of family with children living here. So at night it's relatively quiet.
