Owner..

Whole development with new reno decors .for all function rooms , squash , tennis court i. Quite and peaceful at all lobby.. All diff.layput concept , is spacious.depending if you love modern living space concept.. .

this place is in need of an update

Nice on the outside but once you step in, it is as if you are back in time to the 1980s. The place is old and it shows. Flats are big but weird layout. Whole place feels dilapidated. Many flats appear to house more people than expected. Not sure what kind of tenants it attracts but each to their own I suppose. Swimming pool looks nice, though.
