SIMPLY A GREAT PLACE TO STAY

I had been living at The Rivervale for 5 yrs now and never had one day regretted buying a unit at this wonderful place. Place is well kept, guard friendly, even the cleaners are courteous and well mannered. Facilities are inviting and well planned throughout. The pools are my favorite as they are diversified and in good sizes. Your kids will love it. The whole development is well spaced and windy. Inside, rooms are all in good sizes and can fit queen size bed comfortably. Going to city is a breeze as the KPE entry is just round the coner. LRT and Buangkok MRT is just about 10mins walk away. Giant supermart and coffee shop is right across the road for added convenient. For nature lovers, the charming Punggol park is just a stone throw. There is even bicycle renting kiosk and a good restaurant. Well, I am 100% not an agent and the above is a true account of my pleasant stay here @ The Rivervale :)

Great family-oriented place!

Managed to get a unit here that faces the pond 3 years ago and have never regretted it since! We shopped for nearly a year just to find the right place and we were bowled over by the full-length windows in all the rooms. It's so rare to get this kind of windows because they really do justice to the fabulous view of the park and pond. Our unit is also near the side gate that leads you to Punggol Park. Now with the park connector, you can go way beyond to Punggol park as well. On the countdown to New Year's Day, you can also see flares from the airbase. Fireworks can also be seen in the direction of the flyer. More units in the estate means a bigger swimming pool which I love. It also means cheaper maintenance fee compared to other condos. The profile of the residents here are mainly couples with children. Thus, there are plenty of playgrounds (with one having a make-over recently), which is perfect for us. Buangkok MRT is 10min walk away, accessible by a side gate, unlike the other condos where Fairprice is there. If not, 5 min away, there's a Giant supermarket and a couple of coffeeshops. The wet market is at Rivervale Plaza, which is 10min away. In short, it's a great place to live in!
