Home on the Grange

Spring Grove is well positioned at Grange Road, which is just off Orchard Road, a prime location in town. accessibility is the best, with shopping right at my doorstep, nice restaurants and cafes if i choose, speciality stores for my groceries and to satisfy all my craves. yet it is nice and quiet, though some traffic sound. once of the peaceful oasis within District 10!

wide range of facilities

there are a wide range of facilities at Spring Grove. you name it, there's all the works: swimming pool, tennis court, squash court, and even basketball court! such good quality and our children love playing with their fellow residents after school and on weekend. such a friendly vibe. so welcoming and easy to make friends, says my daughter who tends to be a bit timid and reserved. i'm happy she has found her Group!

fantastic sky garden

Spring Grove has the most magnificent sky garden i've ever seen in a residential. so lush and glittering at night especially. everything else is also excellent, near to Singapore's most famous shopping belt, prime area, big units, good resident community, etc. happy with my pick here and would not change my mind. the only thing is for those who can't walk much, it is about 20min slow walk to Orchard MRT and the cluster of malls there. luckily cab is cheap and aplenty here so i do not hesitate to use that. a bus is also outside the condo for convenience.
