This condo is infested with rats lately. The management is unable to deal with it.

Previous tenant at The Arte

We rented a 3br unit, 1500+sqft, for 2 years. The unit's balcony takes up too much space and hence, the liveable space is very cramped. Kitchen has no natural ventilation and one of the bedrooms, is devoid of natural light as it faces inwards. All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience staying there. At least for the 3br sized unit that we stayed in

Better for Students

Many foreigners like in tanjong pagar and alot of students. Clubhouse is old. Spacious compound. Common toilets arent great. Kids pool but no slides amd play. Wide lap pool.
