Balmoral Hills

This is a beautiful long double towered building, consists of 11 floors and 62 units. It is a freehold condominium located at Balmoral Park, Singapore 259844, in District 10. It is close to Newton MRT NS21. Well-designed modern apartment units are a feature of this project from one of the most highly regarded developers in Singapore. The vast majority of the units in Balmoral Hills are either three or four bedrooms, with many of the three-bedroom flats having around 1389-2217 sqft, making it quite expensive and due its proximity to the MRT as well.

Balmoral Hills is developed and built by Artesian Investments Pte Ltd, a Singapore-listed international property and hospitality conglomerate, and one of the biggest landlords on the island. It is very famous and well known for its extremely luxurious residential projects.

Balmoral Hills – Unique Selling Points

The number of three or four bedroom units, as well as the relatively large size of them is something that differentiates Balmoral Hills from other luxury apartments. The other thing of course is its closeness to the MRT station. Important features of Balmoral Hills includes its 24 hour security, barbeque area, swimming pool, pool deck, spa pool, wading pool, basement car park, gymnasium room, and Jacuzzi . Many schools are at a shorter distance from Balmoral hills.

Balmoral Hills – Accessibility

The fact that Balmoral hills is so close to the MRT – it is only 570 meters away from Stevens MRT Station – it is a huge plus point for this development and will be the reason most people buy. It is also situated quite near to several other Bus Stops such as Bef Met YMCA, Opp Met YMCA, Chelsea Gdns Condo and many others which are only present on a walking distance of about 4 minutes from Balmoral Hills and gives access to the residents of Balmoral Hills to many different areas of Singapore. Due to availability of too many amenities on the doorstep, Balmoral Hills is an ideal place to live due to extreme luxuries and there will be many other changes as gentrification tales hold of the area in the future, and the impact is lessened to a large extent by the MRT.
