High-Quality Condo, Low-Quality Management

Beautiful condo, but poor property management execution, unreliable maintenance, and persistent coordination failures undermine the living experience and fall well below what a premium residence should offer.Issues such as bathroom odours, leaks, and aircon faults require multiple follow-ups and escalations before action is taken. Follow-through remains inconsistent, and improvement has not followed. Inconsistent communication and weak internal coordination make daily living unnecessarily difficult. Concierge services are heavily relied upon to compensate for management inefficiencies, creating service gaps and bottlenecks. Quality of living and tenant experience are materially compromised. This is premium branding with budget operations. The experience does not justify the price point.

Serene & Spacious with amenities right around

Hana is a delight! Spacious apartment within a serene development. We recommend this development for families with young children and a stay-at-home mom. Mummy will love the proximity to Orchard Road where they are many shopping options, as well as enrichment centres for children. Service standards are now amazing very different from the reviews 10 years ago,

great property/service

I lived at HANA for 2 years and loved it. The apartment was spacious and had all the modern conveniences. But the best aspect was the service - it was exceptional and friendly. my kids loved them.
