  Hi, The market is rather slow. So I am proposing a win-win idea for owner to swop their houses. I owe a freehold property that is within 1 km of Redhill MRT. It is 3 bedroom with utility. I would like to exchange my house for a 4 bedroom unit at Metropolitan. I am willing to pay extra for the Metropolitan.
