  Hello Owners and Agents, I am an American marketing professional with a wife and young child. We moved to Singapore last week and I need to move into a condo by end of September, 2014. I visited the Lakefront Residences today and would like to make an offer to all owners / agents of this property. My offer is for a 2 year contract on a 3 bedroom unit. $2,900 +$50 if facing the pool +$50 if has a lake view +$10 for each floor Unit can be unfurnished, but the washer / dryer and refrigerator must be included.
