  I bought an EC in mid 2022 from a couple that had to divorce before their MOP period. Then the property was 3 years old. Which means that sold with permission before the 5 year MOP. What then is my MOP? am I considered as buying a resale EC? So I need to fulfil the MOP from the TOP date? Or do I stay in this EC for 5 years?
