  Why must home viewing be conducted at stipulated time? Why coming again without going to the unit at night is not the practice, the only way to spot problematic neighbours is to view the surroundings very early morning and very late at night ? I don't want to stay in the same tower as the legendary Family that provide overseas care services for China kids. Could you imagine having different kids screaming and shouting the whole day only to be told that they are ongoing relatives visiting .

  I found out that the unit I am interested to buy have mentally ill resident who tries to take own life staying at the same tower, is there anyway to check it is from the seller or immediate neighbour still staying there ?
