  Anymore units leftover from developer sales? I am interested in 2,2+1. What is the ave $psf? I understand that developer do not rectify defects during DLP for sub sales unit since sub sales purchaser do not sign S&P with developer,correct?

  Dear Gurus, I just spoke to an insider agent who told me that there many speculators who bought Hundred Trees' condos, and are now trying their best to flip and earn a quick buck. From the URA caveats lodged, it seems there aren't many - if any - sales over the past two months. Is this a sign of extreme over-supply and will sellers panic? I'm a keen buyer and I'm willing to wait the game.
