  FAQ & response to unanswered questions. Q - Is Henry park Primary School next to this condominium creating a noisy environment? Schools close daily and this school is extremely quiet between 7.00pm and 7.00am the next day. This school is well managed, and students keep a quiet respect for the neighbourhood, even during school hours. Schools close for Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and school holidays. This accounts for 190 days out of 365 days in a year. On the average, it extremely quiet 3/4 of the entire year, day and night. Only birds chirpings are heard. No cars, no dogs and human noises. Surprised?

  Answer to side gate question: Despite giving access the green corridor. Despite giving access to cold storage Despite giving access to bus Despite giving access to taxi stand on holland Owners find it too expensive to pay SGD 100 one time, to get this side gate. They probably don't realise it would increase the value of their property of 20 to 30% Some claim this would attract worker to rob them or even better, the snakes would come in through the gate... Anyway...
