  Looking to buy a 3 or 4 bed at Dover Parkview. I am looking for specific stacks as below. Ideally the A4 stack with larger balcony area. Will consider with or without tenancy for the right apartment. If you have a listing for one of these specific stacks listed below please do contact me. I live very nearby so can come and view any time. A4 stack 3 bed floor 15/16 with larger balcony area. A6 stack 3 bed floor 11 or higher (this is the 3 bed with no neighbour) A2 stack 4 bed floor 16 (there are only 1 or 2 of these in the development)

  Hi, I'm considering a unit at 1300++ sq feet (3 bedrooms) at below 1 million. I saw that it's possible to still that Dover Parkview at 600+psf according to the feb 2011 transaction at the URA website. Pls let me know if there's such a unit for sale. I'm ok with lower floor unit but not ground floor unit. Thanks
