  I would like to sell my unit at $900psf (non-negotiable). It is one of the best units in ClementiWoods. Quiet, cool, windy, facing north to the park (greenery). 4 Bedrooms (2 have attached toilets), Spacious living room, 1658 sf. Ideal for self-stay.
