  Hi, if I have a budget of 3M for own stay (2people, work from home), is it a better choice to get a smaller 3-4 bedders condo (OCR, near mrt) or a bigger cluster house condo (RCR, not near to MRT). It’s for long term stay and hopefully gets some ROI in future if needed to sell.
