  I'm surprise that while neighbouring projects (ie. Airstream) are selling at average 1,300-1,400 psf, this project has hovered around 1,000-1,100 psf for a long time, even so now that many new launches for 99 yr leasehold projects are at >1,200/1,300 psf. Is there something unique about this project that keeps the psf development so stable?
