  We bought our Hdb Resale. with cash in the 80s. We have not receive any grant. Is there any grant available for us when we sell this unit & buy another. Can I apply stay near children grant? The same child applied for the stay near parents grants on us 10 years ago? Thank you for the answers

  i am looking to sell my hdb at jln membina. "You can only sell your flat to Indian/ Other Ethnic Groups or Malay buyers. The buyers can be Singapore citizens, Malaysian SPRs or non-Malaysian SPRs."? Can someone help to clarify what does it mean? i am planning to sell my flat and move into a condo.

  I have a HDB 4 room flat inherited via a transfer from my late dad and registered now as the single owner upon his demise. If I am to buy a new / resale flat with my wife, am I considered to be a 2nd timer in my hdb application. To date, I have not received any hdb grants in my name. As I probably need to sell my existing flat and one option is buy a resale one near my area with a remaining lease of 57 years, am i allowed to utilise my CPF fully as I am now 50 years old/ Thank you for advising
