  hi, i am getting my bto in 3rd Q 2019, is it possible to first get the keys and then sell my current hdb WITHOUT having to pay the difference between the price and the HDB loan until i sold my current house? thanks in advance.

  I am Singapore PR(Malaysian) and become a bankruptcy since year 2015. My monthly salary ard SGD4500. In CPF ordinary account ard SGD52k. I would like to purchase a resale house under me and my 17years old daughter(Singapore PR more than 5yrs). Can I still apply loan? What should I do? Pls advise.   Hi, I will be meeting my MOP for my DBSS flat in June 2017, and am keen to upgrade to a bigger HDB resale flat. When is the earliest time I can buy the resale flat? Also understand that there is some waiting period for the HDB appointments, will I be able to sign the OTP for the resale flat before I meet the MOP for my current flat? Thank you!

  I am waiting for a BTO in Toa Payoh with my gf (now ex-gf). My parents currently own a private property in Toa Payoh and are not intending to sell it. I would like to form a family nucleus with my elderly parents while staying together in the new BTO while we rent out the condominium. Is this possible and have you had any success in similar appeal letters?

  Recently got my BTO results and got 600+ for 800 units in bidadari 4 room flat. Understand that there's something about ethnic quota (i am chinese) that I might have risk of not getting a flat. Just want to check, since the quota per block is 87% for chinese, can i say that i 100% can get a selection of flat using the calculation below? 800 x 87% (presume all applicants are chinese) = 696 My ballot queue is 618, i am still within the range if all applicants before me is chinese?

  My MOP for my current HDB still left about another 1 year and 3 months.. Am currently staying in a 3 room flat and married. Initially was thinking of only 2 people world. But then now I have 2 kids, a maid so am in desperation to upgrade. Is there anyway that I can sell my HDB now and buy a 3BR condo?
