  We are interested in Booking this apartment from the beginning of January to April/May. We are two persons, me who will be working, and my girlfriend who will be studying in Singapore for 4 months. We think your place feels really good and would like to know more about it for a long stay. We are from Sweden.   I have recently purchased a resale HDB as a sole owner. However, I will be working overseas for a year. Am I allowed to rent out my entire HDB Resale flat given that I am overseas? What is the process for this? Thanks!

  would like to know how much cash do i need to refund to CPF if i sell my hdb flat below valuation (market price) and is negative sales proceed case. Is it refund the difference between selling price and valuation price. E.g sold hdb at 400k but valuation is 420k, must refund to cpf 20k? Or refund shortfall in cpf? E.g. no outstanding loan, used 500k cpf and accrued interest for the flat, now sold hdb at 400k, i need to refund 100k to cpf? Which is correct? Thanks much.

  I am SC and wife is LTVP. Both of us have never owned any property before. We have currently purchased a resale with me as sole owner and her name as occupier (correct me if i am wrong but I am unable to add her as a co-owner at this point in time). I have paid the BSD. When she obtains her PR, I would like to add her name in as a co-owner. At that time, would ABSD be in scope? If so, would we be eligible for ABSD remission? Thank you so much
