A lot of glass were used to bring in natural light and create an openness feel to it. Wood decked patio just right outside your bedroom is where you can hang out every morning for your cuppa, where you get a bit of outdoor without being in the sun. The kitchen is on its own with a mobile island equipped with a Straaten standalone cooker. A great space for the avid cook and for your friends to hang out. The Hay outdoor dining set, sun lounger and beautiful olive tree in the courtyard would be at your disposal.

Tiong Bahru, needless to say, is still the most sought after neighbourhood, not just for the locals but also for foreigners. It has everything a cool n’hood should have. Retail shops, cafes, restaurants, etc, and with creation of a wider footpath on the otherwise busy street of Eng Hoon, would bring about a different vibe and great accessibility for everyone in the hood.
