Jervois Mansion is an upcoming freehold condo developed by Kimen Realty Pte Ltd along Jervois Close. The 130-unit condo in District 10 (D10) is expected to TOP in 2026. Jervois Mansion is a freehold address among the Good Class Bungalow (GCB) enclave. Though it is a condo, the developer drew inspiration from the bungalows in the area to create a bungalow-inspired apartment that stands tall in the low-lying GCB enclave.
