Median HDB resale prices 


Prices for 3 and 4-room HDB flats in Woodlands have held up very well, holding firm at $265,000 to $270,000 for 3-room units and about $330,000 for 4-room flats. However, prices for 5-room flats have inched down 1.5 percent year-on-year (y-o-y) to $408,400 in Q2 2018.

Woodlands is truly a hidden gem in Singapore, but the cat may be let out of the bag soon. Woodlands is slated to be a regional centre so we can expect to see more commercial and industrial developments as well as better MRT and road connectivity.
