Park Place Residences at Paya Lebar Quarter comprises three 17-storey towers housing 429 units. Built by Australian developer Lendlease, the 99-year leasehold project is adjacent to Paya Lebar MRT interchange.

Homeowners at Park Place Residences will be able to access the Habitap app, which allows them to remotely control their electronics and appliances, manage visitors, book condo facilities, set home temperature, view who is at the door and make online purchases, among others.

Phase 1 and 2 of Park Place Residences was launched in March 2017 and in April 2018 respectively, with completion scheduled by 2020.
