New projects in Jurong

For HDB, there were no new projects in 2018 resulting in a lack of new HDB flats. However, under the government’s plans for Jurong, 20,000 new homes will be built. Of this, some of them are likely to be HDB flats. So those who wish to live in Jurong will have to keep their eyes peeled for announcements of new BTO launches.

In November 2018, 1,620 BTO flats will be launched for sale in nearby Tengah. As of now, the upcoming development does not have many amenities, but in the future a town centre and the Tengah Park MRT station will be within walking distance.

Regardless, any upcoming homes in Jurong can be expected to see keen interest and brisk sales due to the government’s exciting plans for the area.
