Tampines also provides several family-related shopping areas like the IKEA and Courts outlets. Moreover, several community parks also surround Tampines, making it a great place for families to have a relaxing stroll or workout together. These would include Tampines North Park, Tampines Leisure Park, Tampines Central Park and the Festival Park to name a few. This has incited several private residential projects including Executive Condominiums (EC) and landed properties to be implemented over the years.
